It is recommended to shake the ink before filling your pen and to gently roll the pen in your hands before use, this will help keep the shimmer in the ink consistent and help with preventing clogging but not entirely. You will also want to be sure and keep your pen well maintained and clean when using shimmer inks.

Amethyste De L'Oural fountain pen ink is a deep rich purple in the velvety hue of a rare gemstone. A silver mist provides a lustrous shimmering and sheen effect.
